I offer a customer rewards program with every annual catalog. Orders in increments of $50 receive 1 point for every $50. Once you hit 5 points you've earned a $5 in product of your choice. It continues with 15 points and 25 points with $15 and $25 respectively. You have throughout the annual catalog period to earn points and then get the free product. I keep track of your points and let you know how you stand with every order of $50 or more. I also have a coupon page for several items that are good for extra goodies once a order has been placed.
